Cancellation policy

Sake Club Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Seasonal Membership is billed at $99 every 3 months and requires a minimum commitment of 2 consecutive subscription cycles. After the minimum commitment is satisfied, future renewals may be canceled through the member's online subscription account/customer portal.

Annual Membership is billed at $356 for a 12-month membership period and automatically renews every 12 months unless future automatic renewal is canceled. Canceling automatic renewal does not cancel or refund the current prepaid annual membership term.

Museum Pickup is required for all Sake Club collections. Shipping is not included. Members will be notified when each collection is ready and are expected to pick up their collection at IN Sake Museum within 2 weeks of the pickup notification. Collections not picked up within the designated period will be handled according to our then-current Unclaimed Collection Policy.

Charges already processed are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

All Sake Club memberships are subject to the IN Sake Museum Sake Club Membership & Subscription Agreement.
